Background - 30 years of IT experience, 16 of which have been within the UK housebuilding industry.

Group Finance Director

Responsibility - Overseeing the group finance and operational accounting functions.

Background - 17 years of finance and audit experience, working with private and FTSE listed companies in a range of industries, including housebuilding, construction, and real estate.

Group Legal Director

Responsibility - Overseeing and providing legal advice on all land acquisitions across the business.

Background - 12 years’ experience as a Real Estate solicitor with experience in private practice and in-house across different sectors within the Real Estate industry.

Group Head of Marketing

Responsibility - Overseeing the company’s brand, advertising, and PR activities to support regional sales teams.

Background - 12 years of marketing experience, 4 of which have been within the UK housebuilding sector.

Group Health and Safety Manager

Responsibility - Continuously improving health and safety policies, processes and procedures and ensuring they are delivered effectively across all regions.

Background - A decade of health and safety experience within the housebuilding industry.

Group Head of Business Processes

Responsibility - Delivering operational projects across the company and driving compliance with industry regulations such as the New Homes Quality Code.

Background - Over a decade of UK housebuilding experience, holding sales, marketing, and group strategy roles at two other major housing developers before moving to Avant.

Group Head of Customer Services

Responsibility - Overseeing the company’s customer services departments across all regions.

Background - A decade of UK housebuilding experience, specialising in customer service and sales roles at three other major housing developers before moving to Avant.

Group Strategic Land Director

Responsibility - Sourcing and growing the company’s strategic land bank.

Background - Elected as a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, with over 20 years of planning consultancy and PLC strategic land experience.

Group Special Projects Director

Responsibility - Leading the company’s delivery of PRS and additional affordable housing as well as managing the company’s commercial land holdings.

Background - 26 years of UK housebuilding experience, specialising in land and planning roles at two other major housing developers before moving to Avant.

Commercial Director

Responsibility - Intrinsic to delivery of the business’s private rented sector (PRS) strategy

Background - 25 years of UK housebuilding experience, having a commercial background and previously holding PLC Managing Director positions.

Group Head of Affordable Housing Delivery

Responsibility - Leading the execution of the Group’s affordable housing strategy.

Background - Over 17 years’ of project management experience in the UK house building and housing association sectors.

Group Operations Director

Responsibility - Overseeing the Group’s valuation processes and controls as well as the commercial teams in the Northern regions.

Background - 23 years of UK housebuilding experience with a commercial focus but most recently as an operations director.

Group Commercial Director

Responsibility - Overseeing the commercial and valuation activities across the Southern regions, and supporting the establishment of the new North West region through site acquisitions.

Background - 28 years of UK housebuilding experience, specialising in Commercial and Technical, and previously holding a PLC Managing Director position.

Group Head of Planning

Responsibility - Providing planning advice to all regions to maximise outlet growth

Background - Over 10 years of private planning consultancy and UK housebuilding experience. Elected as a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2013.

Group Head of Architectural Design

Responsibility - Overseeing the architectural and layout design function, managing the company’s house type range.

Background - Architectural experience in private practice and offsite manufacturing, before moving into the UK housebuilding industry for the last 7 years.
